Applesauce with maple

A quick and delicious fall recipe!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2.5 kg of apples
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of Sève de Mars Rum Syrup
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

PREPARATION

Peel and cut the apples into pieces and put them in a saucepan.

Add the Sève de Mars rum syrup, water, sugar & vanilla extract to the pan.

Cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.

Fill your jars for this purpose.

This recipe makes 5 jars! You can freeze it to keep it longer.
