Yes, yes, yes! All of our barrel aged maple syrups are vegan and dairy free. Even the antifoam powder used during the syrup production, specifically during the boil, is vegan and kosher.

Just one. Pure barrel aged maple syrup. So……how do you make maple syrup, eh? Check out our process here! Directly tapped from sugar maple trees, the naturally sweet maple water is collected and then boiled until most of the water has evaporated and the natural sugars are concentrated. What is left is an amber-to-dark heavenly syrup ready to be barrel aged. It takes time and patience, but it is simple. This occurs in the spring when and in Canada, is a great source of shindigs and cultural celebration as winter fades away. The process is kept at a minimum so you can enjoy nature’s best kept secret, with a kick!

BIG YES! Our premium Canadian maple syrup is not only high in antioxidants but every drop is filled with riboflavin, zinc, magnesium, calcium and potassium. In fact, maple syrup has a higher concentration of minerals and antioxidants than honey - yet fewer calories! So pour it on!

No. Organic is to maple syrup what wet is to water. It’s implied! We like to question things and drive decisions with reason rather than following generally accepted notions. While we absolutely believe in consuming organic and ethically sourced products, it sometimes doesn't make sense to apply it to everything. Our natural maple syrup is ethically sourced directly from Canadian sugar trees, in the forest, with minimal transformation aside from evaporation and aging in oak barrels.

Yes, there is no plastic used in our production, bottling and packaging. In order to achieve this, we opted for glass bottles and metal caps. All of our bottles are made in North America to minimize our carbon footprint from overseas shipping and they are made of 100% recycled glass. Check out more information here on our commitment to a healthier planet.

We use broken barrels in our production and transform the staves into small oak chips. This allows us to find a solution to single use plastics often used in packaging as well as integrating a circular supply chain, from re-using spirit barrels and upcycle broken ones. Find more information on our process here. We encourage our customers to reuse the barrel oak chips for smoking meats or vegetables, fire starters or even candle wicks.

Indeed it is. We designed our 100% recycled glass bottles in honor of the Canadian classic, the “mickey”. Perfect for your on the go shenanigans, summit victory cheers, and sporting events. Drink up ladies and gents, life is short so make it sweet!

We like to think of these “flaws” as perfect imperfections. Since our bottles are made of 100% recycled glass, each one of them are unique.

Glad you asked! Acer saccharum :)

Yes, and not only on Sundays.

Maple syrup is naturally gluten free, however our products are not certified gluten free. We recommend anyone with Celiac disease or a severe gluten intolerance do not consume our barrel aged maple syrup, as it’s aged in oak barrels formerly used for cereal based spirits such as whiskey.

Maple syrup will never go bad if stored in a cool environment. Our barrel aged maple syrups have a shelf life of 3 years from the date of production and may crystalize overtime. This is a natural occurrence and does not affect the quality or taste of the product.

We recommend our maple syrup to be refrigerated once open.

Not in any significant amount (below 1%). The aging process in oak barrels that previously contained either bourbon, rye whisky or rhum do not release any significant amount of alcohol but the aromas are kept and released slowly through the maturation process.
