Refund policies

If a bottle broke during shipment, please contact us at orders@sevedemars.com as soon as you see an issue with your order.
Refund requests will not be accepted if received more than 5 days after the date of delivery.

We will either refund the cost of the bottle or replace the bottle in question. We do not cover the shipping cost of the return.
Please attach a photo so that we can investigate the issue with our courier.
