CRANBERRY MELT BRIE

This delicious recipe for Brie fondant with cranberries and Bourbon syrup Sève de Mars is the perfect meal to impress your guests.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 brie cheese (200 g)
  • 1/4 C cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Bourbon syrup Sève de Mars
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • French baguette croutons

PREPARATION

  1. Place the cheese in a baking dish slightly larger than this one. Garnish with pecans and maple syrup.
  2. Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is hot and runny when inserted with tip of knife.
  3. Serve with croutons.
