This delicious recipe for Brie fondant with cranberries and Bourbon syrup Sève de Mars is the perfect meal to impress your guests.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 brie cheese (200 g)
 
- 1/4 C cranberries
 
- 1/4 cup Bourbon syrup Sève de Mars
 
- 1/4 cup pecans
 
- French baguette croutons
 
PREPARATION
- Place the cheese in a baking dish slightly larger than this one. Garnish with pecans and maple syrup.
 
- Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is hot and runny when inserted with tip of knife.
 
- Serve with croutons.
